March 9, 2020 UPDATE: In the interest of public safety, we are closely monitoring ongoing developments relating to the coronavirus outbreak as it relates to our upcoming conference.

As of this date, we have no plan to cancel the 2020 Truth & Love conference. We sincerely hope that fears relating to the coronavirus outbreak will not prevent anyone from taking part in this important and timely conference.

Be that as it may, it is important to us that all of our participants feel safe. We have been in contact with the conference venue, and have been assured that necessary precautions are being put into place. In the meantime, we are reviewing additional safety measures that we may be able to implement on our end, and are prepared to cooperate with authorities should the need arise.

Acknowledging that this is a developing situation, we respect the concerns that our registrants, or potential registrants, may have. For those who may have financial concerns, we invite you to review our cancelation policy below.

Cancelation policy: If you have registered, or are thinking about registering, we remind you that a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee) will be given to anyone who wishes to cancel by April 10 for any reason. In the very unlikely event that we are obliged to cancel the conference after April 10, a full refund will be issued.

For those attending the conference, we recommend the following.

  • Visit the Center for Disease Control website for general information.
  • Visit the Virginia Department of Health website for local information.
  • Before booking a reservation with an airline, hotel, rental car, etc., contact them about their policies regarding precautionary measures, cancellations, etc.

We will post an update if anything changes. In the unlikely event that the conference is relocated, postponed, or cancelled, all registrants will be alerted immediately, and our website will be updated accordingly.
