Conference Registration and Payment Types

Registration includes all talks, lunches (2), dinners (2), and transportation from hotels (Hyatt Place Phoenix–North and Sheraton Crescent Hotel) to the conference center (Saint Paul Catholic Church).

The conference prices listed below do not include the cost of hotel accommodations. Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations. For hotel information, check the “Hotel Accommodations” section below.

Breakfast is not included in the registration cost; however, breakfast is included in the cost if you stay at the Sheraton Crescent Hotel or the Hyatt Place Phoenix–North.

Follow the online steps for entering attendee information. You may register more than one person, but each attendee’s information must be entered separately. Payment is made online with a credit card.

Conference Support

If you are unable to attend the conference but would like to support a participant or make a donation to defray cost, please make your check payable to Courage International and mail it to Courage International, 8 Leonard St., Norwalk, CT 06850 with “Phoenix registration donation” in the memo line. Courage International is a 501(c)(3) corporation, and all donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent by law.

Hotel Accommodations

Important: The conference registration fee does not include the cost of hotel accommodations. It is up to each attendee to book his or her own hotel accommodations. There are other hotels in close proximity to the conference center. Please feel free to contact them on your own, if desired. For your convenience, we have made arrangements with the Sheraton Crescent Hotel and the Hyatt Place Phoenix–North. If booking elsewhere, you may want to check with the hotel to see if the room rate includes breakfast and if a shuttle service is available.

Online Hotel Reservations

Truth and Love Conference group rates are available until December 25, 2016, at the Sheraton Crescent Hotel and the Hyatt Place Phoenix–North. (Subject to availability.)

To make a reservation by phone, please contact the Sheraton Crescent Hotel at (602) 943-8200. You will need to mention that you are part of the Truth and Love Conference to get the special rate. 

To make reservations at the Hyatt Place Phoenix–North, 10838 N. 25th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85029, click here. Once you select the conference date (January 9, 10, or 11), it will automatically plug in the group code so you will receive the discounted rate. To make a reservation by phone, please contact the Hyatt Place Phoenix–North at (602) 997-8800. You will need to mention that you are part of the Truth and Love Conference to get the special rate. 

Transportation

Transportation from Hotels to Conference Center (Saint Paul Catholic Church)
A bus service will be provided to and from the hotels (Sheraton Crescent Hotel and the Hyatt Place Phoenix–North) and the conference center (Saint Paul Catholic Church) at designated times. 

Transportation from Airport
Your flight destination is to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). The airport is about twenty miles from the conference center (Saint Paul Catholic Church, 330 West Coral Gables Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85023).
You are required to make your own arrangements to and from the airport to your hotel.

Additional Information you may need

The hotels and the conference center are handicapped accessible.

Once you are checked in to your hotel, come to the conference center at Saint Paul Church to register, pick up your name badge, and obtain a participant packet with conference schedule information and other pertinent materials. You may also come directly from the airport to the conference center at Saint Paul Church and check in later to your hotel.

The first event is on Monday at 5:00 p.m. Registration starts at 4:00 p.m. and will continue after the Opening Mass.

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your conference registration, please do so before December 19, 2016. For cancellations after December 19, a $25.00 charge will be retained. You are also responsible for canceling your hotel reservation.
